Jing Li is a research analyst at the Office of Institutional Research and Analytics (OIRA). Her background is in Economics of Education and Causal Inference. Prior to her current position at Harvard, she received her Ph.D. from Columbia and started her IR journey at CUNY.
Her primary research foci are labor economics and higher education policy, with a focus on cross-cultural intervention, racial differential, and programmatic barriers to college success and career development in the global economy.
