Maria joined the Office of Institutional Research and Analytics in the fall of 2023 as a Strategic Analytics Fellow. Maria is a recent graduate from Harvard College, where she studied Social Studies and Mathematics with an academic focus on organizational behavior. As an undergraduate, she worked as a research assistant, served as a peer advisor to first-year students, and worked as a policy researcher with both non-profit and governmental organizations. Outside of work, Maria enjoys running, reading, and going on hikes.
