Nina Tobio (she/her) joined the Office of Institutional Research and Analytics as a Senior Research Analyst in the summer of 2019. Nina’s projects at OIRA have included pay equity analysis, graduate outcomes, and survey analysis. Nina earned her B.A. in Economics from Harvard College and her M.F.A. in Film from Boston University, as well as her master’s degree in Information Technology from the Harvard Extension School. Before coming to OIRA, Nina was at the Harvard Kennedy School, where her work focused on urban economics, and Harvard Business School, where her work spanned a diverse range of topics, including people analytics and the effects of meetings and emails on employee productivity. When not analyzing data, Nina enjoys reading, watching movies, attempting to learn Italian, and traveling.
